Skills Need: wheelchair/bed bound, G-tube, and Tracheostomy
Shifts: 3 Days a week, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Training and orientation is available and shift is also flexible.
Requirements:
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
- Private Duty experience preferred, but not required
- Current CPR certification
- Recent TB test (within last year)
- Yearly Physical document
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required
- Skillful, accurate and timely clinical documentation and supply management
- Physically able to perform the job duties required for this position
