- Licensed Practical Nurse License
- Comfortable working independently with the clients when needed
- Compliance with MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program protocols (training is provided)
- COVID –19 Vaccination / approved exemption status
Responsibilities:
- Administer/dispense medication under direction of physician.
- Ensure the treatment plan of the physician or Medical Director is being followed.
maintain and keep up-to-date all medical records and documentation on a daily basis.
- Observe and report changes in any client’s physical symptoms, mental/psychological condition, behavior, to the physician.
