Schedule: 4 days/week | Mon/Wed 8-5, Tue/Thu 7-4
Compensation: $26-$29/hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-quality patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the doctor chairside during procedures
- Prepare and break down operations
- Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and impressions/scans
-Chart notes and enter treatment recommendations into computer
- Support patient education and comfort
- Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
- Fabricate temporary restorations (if experienced)
Qualifications:
- Active California RDA license
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in wellness/holistic dentistry
Preferred (not required):
- Experience with temporary crowns/restorations
- Familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital crown design (digital scanners)
