We’re hiring a Highly Motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join that engine. If you love the phone, hate guessing what success looks like, and want a clear path from a steady base salary to a six-figure income, keep reading.

What Your Day Looks Like
- 6 hours of outbound calls to homeowners and prospective sellers using our proven scripts
- 2 hours of CRM work — accurate notes, follow-up tasks, and database management
- Standard: 40 quality contacts per day
- Goal: Set 1 qualified listing appointment per day for our listing specialists
- 15 minutes of daily script and role-play with our Director of Sales
- Continuous coaching and feedback — we get better every week
What Top Performers Do

- 30+ listing appointments set per month
- 350+ active leads managed in CRM
- 100 new leads added per month through team resources
- 4 closings per month after the 6-month ramp — the path to $100,000+ per year
Compensation
- Base salary
- Commission: 5–10% of GCI on every closing tied to your appointments
- Realistic top-performer track: $100,000+ within two years
- Real Estate License: Optional but Rewarded

What We Look For
- Strong verbal communication and a great phone presence
- Coachable, growth-oriented, and motivated by results (not by being told what to do)
- Calm under pressure — you can handle rejection without losing momentum
- High attention to detail in CRM notes and follow-ups
- Phone sales, inside sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus — but not required. We hire for drive and coach-ability.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Google Workspace, email)
