SHIFT LEAD: YOUR ROLE
When you join Auntie Anne's as a Shift Lead, you ensure the store runs smoothly in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager. You lead the crew, assign tasks, coordinate breaks, and monitor both product quality and customer service. You handle cash management, oversee inventory and deliveries, and train or evaluate new employees when needed. Your day also involves maintaining cleaning schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with management to address staffing issues like call-offs or no-shows.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Our food service management team is looking for an organized, positive individual who can be outgoing and teachable while leading our crew members. We also need the following requirements:
