We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) with strong IV skills, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a hospitality-first mindset to join our growing team.
This is not a traditional nursing role.
This is luxury wellness, concierge-level care, and high-performance medicine combined.

Responsibilities
- Administer IV hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, IM injections, and wellness treatments
- Perform confident, efficient IV starts on a wide range of clients
- Educate clients on treatment options, wellness protocols, and recovery optimization
- Create a luxury, elevated, hospitality-driven client experience
- Monitor clients throughout treatments and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Maintain strict infection control and sterile procedures
- Assist with inventory, clinic organization, and operational excellence
- Support membership growth through authentic client relationship building
- Represent the Arctic Elevation brand with professionalism, confidence, and positivity
- Participate in occasional VIP events
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience preferred
- Strong IV insertion and infusion therapy skills
- BLS certification
- Excellent communication and bedside manner
- Ability to work weekends and flexible scheduling
- Passion for health, wellness, recovery, and preventative medicine
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in med spa, IV hydration, concierge medicine, ER, ICU, aesthetics, or wellness clinics
- Confident working with high-end clientele
- Sales-minded without being pushy
- Energetic, polished, and hospitality-focused
- Team-oriented with strong work ethic
