New Generation Montessori is seeking an experienced Montessori Infant/Toddler Lead Guide to join our growing team.
We are looking specifically for educators who hold a Montessori Infant/Toddler credential and are passionate about authentic Montessori education. This position is intended for trained Montessori professionals. Applicants without a Montessori credential will not be considered.

Position Responsibilities
As our Infant/Toddler Lead Guide, you will:
- Lead an authentic Montessori Infant/Toddler environment
- Foster independence through respectful caregiving practices
- Observe and document child development
- Prepare and maintain a beautiful Montessori classroom
- Guide children with patience, consistency, and respect
- Build strong partnerships with families
- Collaborate with administration and fellow Montessori educators
- Model Montessori philosophy in all interactions
Required QualificationsREQUIRED – Montessori Infant/Toddler Credential
Applicants must possess one of the following:
- AMS Infant/Toddler Credential
- AMI Assistant to Infancy Credential
- MACTE-accredited Infant/Toddler Credential
- Equivalent Montessori Infant/Toddler Certification
Applicants without a Montessori credential will not be considered.
Additional Requirements
- Experience working with children ages 0–3
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively
- DCF requirements (or willingness to complete if applicable)
- Background screening
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
