We are hiring motivated staff to assess each guest's individual needs for our locations. This will include servicing our existing members and prospecting new members. Your day will involve an understanding of KPI reports, training and development of staff, marketing, calls, tours of our facility, and membership sales. We currently offer a very competitive pay plan with full benefits. Previous management experience in the fitness industry or a marketing background is preferred.
Gym staff employees are responsible for helping drive revenue through new member acquisition. The job is for motivated individuals that want an opportunity to control their paychecks and get rewarded for their hard work. Pay: $3,692.00 - $5,000.00 per month
