Concierge Care is actively expanding our caregiver team across Jacksonville and the surrounding Northeast Florida communities. We have clients throughout the region and are looking for compassionate Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) who are ready to provide exceptional one-on-one care in clients' homes.
Whether you're available a few days each week or looking to build a full schedule, we have opportunities in multiple locations and will work to match assignments with your availability whenever possible.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking dependable caregivers who enjoy helping seniors and adults remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own homes. Excellent communication, reliability, and a compassionate attitude are essential.
Requirements
-Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)
-Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
-CPR certification
-Social Security card
-A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases
-Completed CEUs:
- 2 hours Alzheimer's
- 1 hour HIV/AIDS
- 2 hours Assistance with Self-Administered Medication

-Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
