Family Practice on Main Line seeking Clinical Nurse full-time position Monday to Friday. In this position you will be responsible for reviewing patient lab results and test results with providers timely, contacting patients for hospital/sick follow-up calls, managing information that comes in electronically and by paper faxes, medication refills, preventative measure follow-up and managing Nursing call line and patient portal in the office. Must have excellent communication, customer service, documentation and computer skills. Must be able to think critically, multi-task and problem solve patient issues. Must have minimum of 1 year nursing or clinical experience. Will consider new grads with passion for medicine. This can be a 7-3:30, 8-4 or 9-5 position.
