We are currently hiring an Entry Level Account Associate to join our team. In this role, you will meet directly with small to mid-sized businesses to present customized wireless solutions, strengthen customer relationships, and drive long-term value. As an Entry Level Account Associate, you will represent AT&T, helping business owners optimize their wireless services while delivering measurable results.
Entry Level Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage with local businesses in person to introduce and educate them on available wireless solutions
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding wireless plans, pricing, products, and service timelines
- Deliver clear, effective product presentations and close sales confidently
- Educate customers on promotions and service options to recommend the most reliable and cost-effective solutions
- Maintain a professional image and positive attitude in all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall team performance
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads, referrals, and future prospects
- Adapt communication style to meet the needs of diverse industries and customer personalities
Qualifications for Entry Level Account Associate:
- This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Comfortable working in a in-person, customer-focused sales environment
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation for local business visits
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Driven to exceed expectations and go above and beyond in every interaction
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
