Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
