Territories: Cover the Phoenix Metro area, east valley, and west valley.
Day to Day:
Finding seniors to move into our senior community and help coordinate from start to finish.
Host community events on a quarterly basis.
Generate community census growth.
Preferred Experience with:
Seniors, Dementia care, hard of hearing,
care coordination,
admissions,
altcs,
Insurance authorizations,
Build connections in the community, host community events with partnerships with vendors,
connect with vendors to order marketing materials as needed.
Non-negotiables:
Must Dress for success,
Must have level on fingerprint clearance, card or be able to get one,
Must pass background check,
Must have reliable transportation to conduct daily community sales interactions,
Must be self-motivated, organized, and goal oriented.
Pay: Base Salary, with sales commission structure negotiable upon hire.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
