Job Summary
We are seeking a senior-level Data Engineer for an opportunity supporting enterprise People Data, HR analytics, and modern data architecture initiatives. This role is ideal for a data professional who enjoys building scalable data pipelines, connecting complex source systems, enabling governed reporting layers, and delivering trusted analytics solutions for business stakeholders.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment with cross-functional teams across HRIS, IT, analytics, vendors, and business leadership. The Data Engineer will play a key role in strengthening enterprise data capabilities, improving data quality, and supporting workforce analytics through modern cloud and data platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence setup, configuration, validation, security alignment, and HCM analytics enablement.
- Design enterprise data architecture, data integrations, data models, semantic layers, reporting datasets, and technical documentation.
- Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, and related modern data engineering tools.
- Implement data governance practices including data quality, lineage, metadata management, access controls, and PII protection.
- Partner with HRIS, IT, vendors, analytics teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable People Data and workforce analytics solutions.
- Troubleshoot data issues, validate source-to-report accuracy, and support scalable analytics delivery across business functions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $90 per hour.
- Work schedule: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite.
- Location options: Jacksonville, FL, Dallas, TX, or Lewisville, TX.
