Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, friendly Gelato Shop Assistant to help in both the front and back of the shop. This role involves customer service, cleaning, restocking, and basic support in our production area.
Responsibilities:
- Serve customers at the counter with a friendly and professional attitude
- Prepare gelato products like cakes etc.
- Prepare cones, cups, and drinks accurately and quickly
- Assist with cleaning tables, counters, and equipment
- Restock supplies in the shop and kitchen
- Help with labeling, packaging, and organizing gelato products
- Follow hygiene and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work weekends and evenings
- Comfortable standing for long periods and doing light lifting
- Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required
