The Activities Director is responsible for creating an inclusive and engaging school culture by planning and executing a wide variety of student activities, events, and traditions throughout the school year. This individual is a highly energetic, creative, and organized planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building school spirit and meaningful student experiences.The ideal candidate stays current with social media trends, understands what engages today's students, and can translate those trends into age-appropriate school activities that foster school pride, leadership, and community involvement. - Manage activities-related social media by promoting events, showcasing student achievements, and leveraging current trends to increase engagement.
- Collaborate with administrators, faculty, students, parents, vendors, and community partners to ensure successful events.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including scheduling, facilities, budgets, purchasing, equipment, and vendor relations.
- Ensure all events comply with school policies, safety procedures, and district guidelines.
- Maintain organized records, event calendars, and budgets while managing multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and ensure events are executed professionally and with minimal errors.
