Position Summary
This is a position for individuals who want to work hard, stay active, and earn great pay. You’ll be part of a hands-on crew doing real landscape work across Southeast Michigan. We’ll train you on what you need to know.
Hours are weekdays with an occasional Saturday depending on the project schedule. It’s a great way to be active, while building and learning real skills that will help you move forward in a career in the landscape industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working as part of a crew on residential and commercial landscape projects
- Planting, mulching, sod installation, grading, and site clean-up
- Assisting with hardscape builds, brick paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Using hand tools and doing physical, hands-on work throughout the day
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the day
- Representing the company professionally on client properties

What We’re Looking For
We keep it simple. We want four things:

- Be able to easily commute to Howell, MI (15 – 20 minutes away)
Nice to have: outdoor or physical work experience, valid driver’s license.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in summer heat and be physically able to lift, bend, and stay on your feet throughout the day.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, full days
- Some Saturdays required based on project schedule and weather
- Seasonal — summer through early fall
Compensation
- $17.00 – $20.00 per hour based on experience
- Paid bi-weekly
- Pay reviewed based on reliability and quality of work
