We are looking for reliable employees to provide direct care for the members in our group homes. We currently serve the developmentally disabled population in our homes. We are looking for team members to assist in transportation to appointments, medication administration, daily tasks such as cooking and assisting members with chores, and assisting in the daily routines of our clients.
The SM's primary responsibility is ensuring house staff provide support and care for the members living in the home and maintain a safe environment. Direct care workers assist the members by directing interactions, assisting in behavioral management, and facilitate recreational and social life skills activities; Shift managers oversee the staff and help them as needed. Shift managers are also responsible for administrative tasks such as record keeping, scheduling appointments and ensuring an even work flow of the home.
The currently available schedule is:
Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
