Responsibilities:
Maintenance/Grounds Team Members will help lead the park to the highest standards possible by working with the Manager and Maintenance Team Members to efficiently maintain all resort facilities, including, but not limited to: landscaping, maintenance of all structures (interior and exterior), restrooms, and mobile home sites. Through these efforts, Maintenance/Grounds Team Members will help our park to be recognized as one of the brightest, cleanest, friendliest, and well groomed mobile home parks in our region.
Experience:
- proper landscaping skillset (preferred but not required, we will train)
- some mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair lawn care equipment
- ability to learn how to repair plumbing for leak situations
- Physically able to lift up to 100 pounds, bend, squat, and reach.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
