Blue Sea Dental is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and motivated Dental Lab Technician to join our growing team!

As Blue Sea Dental continues to expand, we are creating a new Dental Lab Technician position and anticipate welcoming the right candidate to our team within the next 3–4 months. We are seeking a talented professional who is excited to help shape and grow our in-house laboratory services while working with advanced digital dentistry technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and repair dental prosthetics including crowns, bridges, dentures, and implant restorations
- Perform model work, waxing, finishing, polishing, and adjustments
- Read and interpret prescriptions from dentists accurately
- Maintain high standards for esthetics, fit, and function
- Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab equipment and workspace
- Ensure timely completion of cases while maintaining precision and quality
- Assist with digital workflows, including design, milling, and 3D printing processes
Qualifications:
- Previous dental lab technician experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand skills
- Knowledge of dental materials, anatomy, and laboratory procedures
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Experience with digital dentistry and CAD/CAM technology preferred
- Experience with All-on-X cases preferred
- Experience with 3D printing PMMA restorations preferred
- Experience with fabrication of crowns
- Experience milling zirconia restorations preferred
