Skills
- Proven experience in individuals with disabilities
- Ability to manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members
- Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly desirable but not necessary.
- Demonstrated patience, compassion, and adaptability in caregiving roles
