About Us:
We’re launching a fun, fast-paced made-to-order food station featuring craveable comfort foods: fried chicken, smashburgers, loaded hotdogs, fried empanadas, and custom instant ramen bowls. Everything is made fresh, and we’re all about quality food, quick service, and great vibes. We're looking for friendly, energetic team members to help us bring this new concept to life and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Station hours 11 AM - 8 PM, 7 days a week.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers warmly and take orders at the counter
- Help guests build their perfect instant ramen bowl and other menu items
- Enter orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
- Garnish, Package food and hand off with care
- Accept payments via cash or POS system
- Describe menu items and explain what makes our food unique
- Upsell add-ons and combos when appropriate
- Refill condiments and prep stations as needed
- Assist with basic food prep and kitchen tasks
- Keep the station clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, friendly, and not afraid to talk to people
- Good communicator and team player
- Loves food and enjoys making people happy
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Experience in food service REQUIRED
- Reliable and punctual
- Can stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
