Building Energy is a locally owned, Vermont contractor specializing in solar, battery storage, heat pumps, and energy efficiency. We're looking for a motivated entry-level installer to join our Electrification team in Williston.
No trade experience required. We'll train you on the job and support you in getting certified.
What you'll do:
- Assist lead technicians on heat pump and solar installations
- Learn equipment, tools, and safety procedures
- Help with material staging and job site organization
- Work alongside an experienced crew on a variety of projects
What we're looking for:
- Reliable, hands-on, and eager to learn a trade
- Comfortable with physical work and basic tools
- Good communication and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
