What You’ll Do
As a Production Technician, you’ll be a key part of creating high-quality malt products used by customers across the food and beverage industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring automated malting and roasting equipment
- Moving materials and supporting production flow
- Performing quality checks, inspections, and process documentation
- Operating forklifts, lifts, and skid steers (training provided as needed)
- Performing routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and food-grade production environment
- Identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
- Working closely with your teammates to achieve production goals

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Lift up to 55 pounds
- Walk, stand, bend, reach, climb stairs, and climb ladders regularly
- Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, including hot and cold conditions
- Work in confined spaces when required
