Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to take direction
- Professional demeanor and polished presentation
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to handle guest concerns according to company standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Desire to learn, grow, and build a career in the hospitality industry
- Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Spanish speaking a plus
Experience
- Servers & Support Staff: Restaurant experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and passion for hospitality.
- Bartenders: Minimum of 2–3 years of bartending experience required. Craft cocktail experience strongly preferred.
