American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a specialized GYN/GU/Transplant Operating Room position requiring robotic surgery and transplant experience in a hospital setting.

Hospital-based Operating Room setting, GYN/GU/Transplant specialty tier
-
Procedures include kidney transplant, pancreas transplant, nephrectomy, hysterectomy (abdominal and laparoscopic), cystectomy, ureteroscopy, HOLEP, anterior/posterior repair, and procurements
-
Robotic surgery platforms include DaVinci Xi and urological/GYN robotic systems
-
Day/Evening 12-hour shifts, primarily 6:40–19:10 with potential for one 9:40–22:10 shift occurring biweekly

3 shifts per week scheduled

Weekend rotation required

Weekday call requirement in place

Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required

Experience in Urology, Gynecology/Oncology, kidney transplant, and pancreas transplant required

Robotic surgery experience required, including DaVinci Xi

Assignment length ranges from 17 to 21 weeks

Scrub and/or circulating duties in a high-acuity transplant and robotic surgical environment
