American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a day shift travel contract requiring RNFA certification and multi-specialty surgical experience including ortho, GYN, and general surgery.

Hospital operating room setting

Specialties include orthopedics (including total joint), gynecology, and general surgery
-
Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 0630–1500 or 0830–1700
-
One night of call required per week
-
One weekend of call required per month
-
Active CA RN license required
-
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all American Heart Association)

RNFA certification required
-
Minimum 3 years of OR nursing experience required

Experience working within the specialty within the last 3 months required

Active, unrestricted nursing license with no prior license hits

Two supervisory references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years

Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across orthopedic (including total joints), GYN, and general surgery cases
-
RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer for the duration of the contract
