The UPS Store #7269 in Pittsburg, CA is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our fast-paced, team-oriented, and customer-focused environment. We’re looking for a motivated seasoned sales individual who is dependable, customer-centric, and excited to deliver world-class service.

- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude; identify their needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
- Proficiently operate wide-format printing equipment.
- Utilize Adobe software to design graphics and make file adjustments for client projects.
- Demonstrate strong product and service knowledge; proactively upsell and cross-sell to customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions through the Point of Sale system.
- Safely pack and ship domestic and international shipments in accordance with UPS guidelines.
- Assist with merchandising, including stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
- Perform end-of-day duties, including reconciling cash, checks, credit cards, and other transactions.
- Operate office equipment (copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, etc.) and assist customers in using them.
- Safely lift up to 40 lbs.; assist customers with packages as needed.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work a variable schedule, including weekends.
- Proficiency with wide-format printing equipment.
- Working knowledge of Adobe design software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Employment is contingent upon passing a satisfactory background check.
