What You'll Do
- Canvass neighborhoods and generate your own leads
- Inspect roofs and identify storm damage
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
- Close sales on-site and manage the job through installation and final payment
What We're Looking For
- Experience in roofing sales, home services, or door-to-door sales preferred
- Working knowledge of insurance claims, adjuster meetings, and Xactimate a plus
- Self-starters who are coachable, competitive, and hungry to succeed
- Strong communication skills and comfort handling objections
- Reliable transportation
Compensation
- Commission-based: 60/40 split (company/rep) on true profit
- Experienced reps may qualify for a salary + commission structure while ramping up
- Top performers can earn increased commission percentages
- Average job revenue: $18K–$25K, with 40–45% margins
