Job Opening: Hotel Front Desk Agent
Shift: Primarily 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
We are currently seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and manage all aspects of their stay. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and customer-focused, with prior experience in hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide accurate information about rooms, rates, hotel amenities, and local attractions
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using reservation software and basic office systems
- Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work primarily 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shifts, including weekends and holidays
