About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, hardworking Irrigation Specialist to join our field team. This is a hands-on, outdoor role focused on the installation and repair of irrigation systems across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate brings some landscape or irrigation experience to the table, but more importantly, they are coachable, reliable, and ready to work. Strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and a client-first attitude are a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems including pipe, sprinkler heads, controllers, and related components
- Dig trenches and perform pipe installation using a variety of materials including Schedule 40, Schedule 80, and poly pipe
- Assist with large-scale pipe installations and system expansions
- Lay sod and assist with a variety of landscaping tasks as needed throughout the season
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site
- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on time and to standard
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in irrigation installation, landscape, or a related field preferred — we are willing to train the right person
- Fluent English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — required
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a team-first mindset
- Ability to take direction well and a genuine desire to learn and grow
- Excellent client-facing communication and professionalism on the job site
- Responsible, dependable, and punctual

Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding, fully outdoor role. Candidates must be able to:
- Dig and perform manual labor for extended periods throughout the workday
- Lift and carry up to 40 lbs independently
- Stand, bend, kneel, and crouch regularly throughout the workday
- Work outdoors across three seasons in varying weather conditions
- Operate hand tools and irrigation equipment safely
