Duties
- Assist with the installation and repair of gutter systems on various building types using hand tools and power tools
- Prepare work sites by measuring, marking, and setting up scaffolding or ladders safely
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions to ensure precise gutter placement and alignment
- Support team members with tasks such as caulking, sealing, and trimming gutters for optimal performance
- Operate basic heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Learn to read construction plans and schematics related to gutter systems and other light construction tasks
Experience
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training on tools, safety procedures, and installation techniques
- Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety is a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn construction management principles, blueprint reading, and other technical skills relevant to gutter installation
- Prior exposure to construction site environments or related trades such as roofing, carpentry, or plumbing is advantageous
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Pay
- New gutter installs are paid at $1 per linear foot
- Service jobs are paid at an hourly rate of $17-$27 depending on experience
- This is a 1099 full time position
