Schedule
Monday–Friday
Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Hours may adjust slightly depending on workload)
Weekends off

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with form setup and maintenance
- Cut, bend, and tie rebar
- Support crew during concrete pours
- General yard organization and cleanup
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Step in where needed to keep production moving

Starting at $19/hour, depending on experience
Higher starting pay for proven construction or concrete experience

Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation (no ride issues)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Strong attendance and solid work ethic
