What You’ll Own
Clinical & Diagnostics
- Take full records: health history, CBCT, iTero, high-quality photos, BWX, PAs
- Confidently assist in all general and advanced procedures
- Ensure a smooth visit from suite setup to post-op instructions
- Stay ahead of doctor’s needs—anticipating, not reacting
Guest Experience & Communication
- Speak to patients with warmth and clarity
- Provide education and emotional reassurance throughout every visit
- Manage transitions smoothly so patients never feel “passed off”
Systems, Organization & Ownership
- Manage lab cases from start to finish, tracking deadlines and updates
- Maintain supply inventory, order proactively, and track usage
- Oversee sterilization and equipment maintenance with daily/weekly checklists
- Use Open Dental like a pro—notes, chart reviews, scheduling, and referral tracking
You're a Strong Candidate If You...
- Are DC Level II or Level III Certified and clinically confident
- Have college education or advanced coursework and love learning
- Value accountability, cleanliness, and follow-through
- Are organized, focused, and treat the office like it’s your own
