Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering technical assistance.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, service activities, and transaction logs with accuracy.
- Support outbound calling efforts to follow up on service appointments or gather customer feedback.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus at least one additional language is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills required.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to handle outbound calls confidently.

- Experience with cash handling or typing is beneficial but not mandatory.
