We are a small company and we offer benefits. We are looking for someone with a CDL Class B or higher who can drive in a safe and timely manner. We will need someone who can do overnight trips twice a month at accounts in the southeast. We do pickups and container deliveries for local restaurants in the the greater metro area. You should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and clean background.
Responsibilities
- Do pre trip and post trip inspection of truck
- Follow a route that will be set up for you on a daily basis
- Pump out used fryer oil from containers
- Off load trucks
- Drop off containers using a small crane truck
- Pick up old containers
Skills
- Class B CDL or higher
- Proven experience as a Driver
- A valid driver’s license
- A clean driving record
- Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
- Ability to lift some heavy loads
- Work Friday Though Monday
- A polite and professional disposition
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
- A high school diploma
