We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Agent Support & Trainer to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting agents with day-to-day operations, onboarding new team members, conducting training sessions, and helping maintain high performance and customer service standards. The ideal candidate is organized, patient, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with individuals at all experience levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents
- Train new hires on company systems, policies, and procedures
- Conduct trainings and coaching sessions
- Monitor agent performance and provide constructive feedback
- Assist with onboarding and training documentation
- Answer questions and troubleshoot operational issues
- Help maintain compliance with company standards and expectations
- Collaborate with leadership to improve training processes and agent success
- Track training progress and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, or agent support experience preferred
- Training, coaching, or leadership experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computer systems and software platforms
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
