Are you a dependable night owl who takes pride in providing excellent guest service? True Blue Hospitality is looking for a Part-Time Night Auditor to join our friendly, professional team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Mount Pleasant.
Our team operates six Charleston-area hotels, and we’re looking for someone who brings the same care, energy, and attention to detail to work that they bring to the things they’re passionate about outside of work.
About the Role
As Night Auditor, you’ll be an important part of our overnight team, helping ensure our guests have a positive experience while keeping hotel operations and financial records accurate.
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, professional service to hotel guests throughout the overnight shift
- Perform Guest Service Representative duties as needed
- Check guests in and out and assist with room reservations
- Answer hotel phone calls and relay messages to guests
- Balance and audit room revenue, cashier reports, guest accounts, and house accounts
- Prepare daily revenue and accounting reports
- Transmit credit card batches
- Complete and transmit daily management reports and supporting documentation
- Assist with other hotel duties as assigned
