Job Responsibilities:
1. Lawn Treatment:
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments to lawns.
- Identify lawn diseases, weeds, and pest issues, and provide appropriate treatment solutions.
2. Customer Service:
- Interact with customers to understand their lawn needs and provide expert advice.
- Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
3. Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
- Safely operate and maintain lawn equipment, including tanks, hose, sprayers and back sprayers.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it remains in good working order.
4. Documentation:
- Keep accurate records of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
- Provide reports as required by management.
5. Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all company safety protocols and regulations.
- Follow the chemical labels. ** The Label is the LAW! **
- Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding the application of lawn products.

Qualifications:
1. Experience:
- Previous experience in lawn treatment,or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of lawn products and their proper application.
2. Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify lawn issues.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
3. Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Capable of lifting heavy equipment and materials, bending, pulling a hose and standing for extended periods.
4. Licenses/Certifications:
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Pesticide applicator certification may be required or preferred, depending on state regulations.
- Pass Drug test
- Clean driving record
