Lakewood Dental Studio is a modern, serene, two-doctor practice nestled in the heart of the Lakewood neighborhood in NE Dallas with stunning views of the downtown skyline and a reputation for judgment-free, compassionate care. Led by Dr. Megan Snyder, who brings over a decade of Dallas private practice experience, and Dr. Eric Wang, our patients describe us as anxiety-free, beautiful, and genuinely welcoming.
The role: You'll be the welcoming first point of contact for our patients and the engine behind a smooth-running front office; managing insurance, treatment plans, and patient payments with accuracy and warmth.
What you'll do: Verify PPO insurance with breakdowns · enter insurance frequencies · post patient payments · generate and present treatment plans · keep the patient experience seamless from check-in to checkout.
What we're looking for: 1-2+ years in a dental front office · confident with PPO verification and treatment plan presentation · a bubbly, proactive personality who thrives on being helpful · adaptable and steady through change and growth.
Schedule: Mon-Thu 8:30-5, Fri 8:30–4 (alternating Mondays are admin-only days).
Compensation: $22-$25/hr, depending on experience, plus monthly and production bonuses.
