Job Summary
The QE Associate – Conformal Coating is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused electronics manufacturing professional to support high-reliability conformal coating processes in North Billerica, MA. This role is ideal for someone with experience in quality engineering, electronics manufacturing, coating inspection, or regulated production environments who wants to contribute to product reliability and process excellence.
In this position, you will help ensure conformal coating operations meet IPC, customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. You will work closely with quality, engineering, production, and inspection teams in a collaborative manufacturing environment where accuracy, continuous improvement, and strong workmanship standards are valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support conformal coating quality control plans for electronics manufacturing processes.
- Ensure coating operations comply with IPC, NASA, MIL, customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
- Review and approve coating parameters for spray, dip, brush, and selective coating applications.
- Validate curing profiles, coating thickness measurement methods, and inspection criteria.
- Support FAI, FAIR, NCR, CAPA, SCAR, DFM, PFMEA, FMEA, and NPI activities.
- Train operators and inspectors on conformal coating workmanship standards while supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $37 to $42 per hour, depending on experience.
- Location: North Billerica, MA 01862.
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire.
