Manion’s is actively hiring dependable and safety-driven CDL Class A Truck Drivers to deliver building materials throughout the Upper Midwest. This is a regional driving position offering consistent routes and reliable home time, with most drivers home weekly and often on weekends.

Pay Range: 70,200 - 94,380

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A tractor-trailer (flatbed) to transport building materials safely and efficiently
- Run regional routes across WI, MN, IA, and IL
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any safety or maintenance issues
- Secure loads using chains, straps, binders, and tarps
- Load/unload materials and adjust loads as needed during transit
- Maintain accurate DOT logs, bills of lading, and delivery documentation
- Follow dispatch instructions and use GPS/navigation tools for routing
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery updates
- Take load photos using the Biztrack scanning system
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations
Qualifications
- CDL Class A license required
- At least 20 years of age
- 1+ year of commercial driving experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Ability to safely operate a flatbed trailer
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Education & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL Class A license and current DOT medical card
- Ability to pass drug test, background check, and fit-for-duty assessment
- Participation in federally required drug and alcohol testing programs
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Capable of lifting, moving, and handling up to 100 lbs.
- Frequent climbing, pulling, bending, twisting, crouching, and standing
Work Environment
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold)
- Active, hands-on role beyond driving
