Position Overview:
Northwest Fire Systems LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Fire Alarm Project Manager to lead and grow our Fire Alarm Division. This is a key leadership role within our organization, focused on driving efficiency, supporting field teams, and implementing best practices for long-term departmental growth.
The ideal candidate will bring strong field experience, leadership capability, and a commitment to excellence in fire alarm systems management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fire alarm projects from planning through completion.
- Support and mentor field technicians.
- Serve as backup for fire alarm finals and provide emergency field support when necessary.
- Improve department processes, efficiency, and performance metrics.
- Monitor project margins and ensure profitability goals are met.
- Assist in the growth and development of the Fire Alarm Division
- Maintain strong communication between office and field teams.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the fire alarm field
- EL-06 Washington State Electric License (required)
- NICET FA Level II in Fire Alarm Systems (required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to relate to and support field personnel.
- Ability to multitask and a proven track record delivering result.
- Clean driving record (required for company vehicle insurance coverage)
