What You’ll Do
You’ll coordinate and deliver skilled in-home nursing care, develop care plans, educate patients and families, and work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure each patient receives the highest quality of care.
Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- One year of RN experience preferred (home health a plus, but not required)
- Positive, flexible, and ready to grow
