Diversified Sourcing Solution seeking a detail-oriented QC Order Picker to join our warehouse operations team. This role combines accurate order selection with quality-control checks to ensure all outgoing products meet company standards. You will be responsible for picking, inspecting, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Order Picking — Select and pack customer orders according to pick lists or RF scanner instructions with high accuracy.

Quality Inspection — Inspect items for damage, defects, or incorrect labeling before packing.

Inventory Verification — Report discrepancies, assist with stock counts, and ensure inventory records remain accurate.

Equipment Operation — Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).

Work Area Maintenance — Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Team Collaboration — Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily accuracy and productivity goals.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
*
Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Basic computer or RF scanner skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
