Responsibilities
- Safely operate company tow trucks and equipment
- Respond promptly and professionally to dispatch assignments
- Perform vehicle towing and recoveries
- Provide roadside assistance services, including lockouts, jump starts, and tire changes, as assigned
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles
- Complete all required paperwork accurately
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Maintain company equipment in a responsible and professional manner
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of towing experience required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and excellent punctuality
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to safely load, secure, and transport vehicles
- Must be dependable, respectful, and safety-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
