We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our residential window cleaning team. This is a physically active, outdoor position that involves cleaning windows using professional water-fed pole systems and working directly with homeowners.
What You'll Do:
- Clean residential windows using water-fed poles and purified water systems
- Load and unload equipment throughout the day
- Transport equipment between job sites using your personal vehicle
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with customers
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and care of company equipment
- Deliver high-quality work and attention to detail on every job
Requirements:
- Reliable personal vehicle required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment throughout the day
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Able to handle water-fed poles and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Professional and respectful when communicating with customers
- Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Teachable and able to follow instructions
- Previous window cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training
