2026 tourist season is upon us and we are ready to add additional staff to assist in all areas of our lodging, kitchen and bar areas. Do you love working with people who are coming to Hermann for an amazing getaway?? We are looking for full and part time highly motivated person(s) who are willing to cross train in multiple jobs within the hotel. Person must have a great work ethic and willing to work weekends. We take pride in our great customer service and giving our guests the best possible Hermann experience. Being a team player is a must. We are a high paced environment so the ability multi-task and problem solve is beneficial. Starting wage is $17 an hour plus hospitality pool tips. Shared hospitality tips play an huge increase in your base rate pay. Can increase your pay up to $4 an hour. 21 years of age requirement to work wine bar/front desk. We can accommodate flexible scheduling. You will also get a couple of complimentary nights stay with us to enjoy some downtime. Can train in multiple positions to work full time or just part time one, two or three days a week. We can be flexible.
