Position Overview
We are seeking professional and service-driven Banquet Servers to join our high-performance events team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing weddings and private events with excellence, ensuring each guest experience is polished, seamless, and memorable.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with full event setup and breakdown of banquet spaces
- Provide timely and accurate food and beverage service
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all sanitation standards
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional customer service
- Communicate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests clearly to the team
- Maintain composure and professionalism in a high-energy environment
- Uphold a polished appearance and positive attitude
- Respond promptly and appropriately to guest concerns
Requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated and able to stay on task without constant supervision
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Guest-first mindset and positive attitude
