What You’ll Do:
- The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety protocols, and improving efficiency
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff including shipping, receiving, storing, and inventory management
- Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to maintain a high-performance team
- Schedule and assign tasks to staff based on workload, priorities, and skills
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory control
- Thoroughness; strong attention to detail
- 1+ years of Supervisor experience
